A day in the life.
As our Health Management Consultant on the Health Management team, you’ll be the driving force behind promoting a culture of health and well-being for our clients. You will maintain a client book of business, strategically manage wellness program objectives, and assist in developing and executing innovative wellness programs. Your role will involve creating engaging presentations and collateral, researching wellness vendors, and collaborating closely with your dedicated Wellness Coordinator to manage client projects. You’ll also work with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution and build strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Employee Benefits or wellness program management
- BA/BS in Health Promotion, Public Health, Human Physiology, or related health/wellness field, or hold an RN or PA-C credential
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build personalized client relationships
- Experience in developing and executing wellness programs
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with chronic condition management strategies
- Certification in Certified Wellness Program Specialist (CWWS) required upon hire

The applicable base salary range for this role is $62,500 to $116,400.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
