Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent health care clients in arbitration and litigation of reimbursement and regulatory compliance disputes
  • Advise on a wide range of legal issues including:
  • Health care operations and compliance
  • Health care reimbursement and managed care
  • Health information privacy and security (HIPAA)
  • Medi-Cal managed care
