Join the team transforming care for people with immune challenges, rare diseases, cancers, and neurological conditions. In Specialty Care, you'll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs.

Main Responsibilities

Outcomes-Driven Strategic Leadership
  • Set and own the creation and execution of the US PA&PA Immunology strategy as a prioritized portfolio of priorities, each with explicit patient outcome measures.
  • Set the US PA&PA strategy for immunology, partner relationships, and patient-community understanding years before new treatment options may reach patients-
  • Use data, evidence, and the function's decision-support platforms to connect strategy, partnerships, programs, and outcomes.
  • Manage and be accountable for securing the US PA&PA budgets across dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal, allergy, and pipeline immunology, ensuring disciplined planning, allocation, and full accountability for how advocacy resources are deployed.

External Partnership & Thought Leadership
  • Accountable for Sanofi's trusted partnerships with the US advocacy community across the immunology therapeutic area, owning the health, depth, and outcomes of relationships with patient advocacy organizations and professional societies, and earning continued partnership through transparency, consistency, and the quality of collaboration in service of shared patient priorities.
  • Bring senior fluency in the US patient access environment and translate its implications for patients into the function's advocacy strategy and priorities.
  • Stay ahead of how the advocacy environment is evolving, including the growing importance of digital and AI-era information channels to patient communities, and bring innovative approaches to how the function engages and learns.
  • Personally accountable for ensuring full compliance with healthcare contribution compliance requirements, alongside all corporate, industry, and regulatory guidelines; protect trust through ethics, transparency, and sound judgment under public scrutiny.

Enterprise & Cross-Functional Integration
  • As a member of the US PA&PA Leadership Team, co-own functional strategy, talent, and operating-model decisions across all US therapeutic areas.
  • Serve as a standing member of the Extended Leadership Teams of the US Immunology Business Unit, carrying functional accountability across the franchises.
  • Integrate across Corporate Affairs, partnering with US Policy & Reimbursement, federal and state Government Affairs, communications, Health Equity, CSR, Global SPC Public Affairs, and Global SPC Communication, each within its own remit, to deliver one consistent Sanofi voice on immunology issues.

  • Work closely with Global Public Affairs and country teams to inform global strategy with US insights and ensure global direction shapes US execution, serving as the US voice on immunology public affairs and patient advocacy in global forums.

Alliance Leadership (Sanofi-Regeneron)
  • Lead the US PA&PA interface with Regeneron across the Dupixent portfolio, operating a joint advocacy model with shared funding.
  • Provide senior-level alliance governance and stewardship, ensuring aligned advocacy strategy.

People Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead, coach, and retain a team of US PA&PA leads covering dermatology, respiratory, rhinology, gastrointestinal disease, and Type 2 inflammation.

  • Demonstrated AI-native ways of working, uses AI tools daily as core instruments of strategy, analysis, writing, and decision-making rather than occasional aids; has redesigned personal and team workflows around AI; and can lead others through the same transformation.

Distinguishing Capabilities & Mindset
  • Enterprise-first leadershipPuts enterprise and patient outcomes first and represents the full breadth of Sanofi in every room.

  • Outcomes discipline. A track record of managing through measures, setting outcome goals, stopping low-impact work, and demonstrating what changed for patients or systems, not what activities occurred.
  • Strategic judgment under ambiguity. Leads with a clear thesis, uses data and evidence to support decisions, and anticipates policy, competitive, and stakeholder shifts years ahead of launch.
  • Alliance and collaboration skills. Builds durable, principled partnerships across organizational boundaries; navigates complexity with discipline and protects long-term cooperation.
  • AI-native orientation. Treats AI as a default way of working, for insight generation, cross-disease learning, and decision support, and understands how emerging AI is changing healthcare delivery.
  • Cross-disease learningStudies what works and why across therapeutic areas and applies it; contributes insight, failure, and best practice to organizational learning.
  • People development. Proven ability to coach professionals, grow next-generation leaders, and build succession depth, with development of others treated as a core leadership accountability, not a side activity.
  • Influence without authority. Earns trust and inspires action across external partners, business leadership, and global colleagues; distills complexity into clear, convincing communication for diverse audiences.
