Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities - Lead high-stakes, cross-product area efforts to identify, discuss, and execute complex data licensing agreements with global publishers, aggregators, and content holders to secure foundational AI training data.
- Drive the strategy and execution of a global content acquisition pipeline, scaling programmatic data sourcing via scaled efforts and overseeing high-priority direct acquisition efforts.
- Oversee data valuation frameworks, offer strategies, and budget allocation in close collaboration with DeepMind, Finance, and Legal to ensure highly efficient acquisition spend and platform scaling.
- Drive high-level discussions with the global publishing and content ecosystem, representing AI data acquisition priorities at key industry forums and executive summits.
- Manage and develop a team of business development professionals.
