But what's the role?

We are looking for an experienced, commercially-driven Head of Sales, North America to lead and scale watchTowr's enterprise sales organization across the region. You will inherit an established team of Account Executives covering the Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Mountain and TOLA territories, with responsibility for driving new business revenue, developing the team and building a repeatable enterprise sales engine.

This is a highly hands-on leadership role. You'll spend time coaching Account Executives, leading strategic customer engagements, driving forecast accuracy and helping shape our go-to-market strategy. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales Development, Partnerships, Customer Success and Product to strengthen our direct enterprise motion, establish repeatable success across the region and lay the foundations for long-term partner-led growth.

North America represents a key growth market for watchTowr. While our global go-to-market model is partner-led, this role will initially focus on proving and scaling the direct enterprise sales motion, creating the customer references, repeatable messaging and commercial discipline that enable channel partners to succeed as the business continues to grow.

This role is based in New York.

  • Own the North America new business revenue target, delivering accurate forecasting and predictable pipeline growth, reportable to the Board.
  • Lead, coach and develop watchTowr's North American Account Executive team, driving a high-performance culture focused on accountability, execution and continuous improvement.
  • Recruit, onboard and develop future sales talent as the North American organization continues to grow.
  • Own coverage across Northeast, Southeast, Midwest, Mountain and TOLA.
  • Help drive and strengthen the outbound engine underneath the AE team, ensuring consistent targeting, sequencing, messaging, activity standards.
  • Coach Account Executives through complex enterprise opportunities, actively participating in strategic customer engagements and helping progress high-value deals.
  • Drive sales excellence through disciplined pipeline management, forecast accuracy and consistent adoption of MEDDPICC and other sales methodologies.
  • Own territory planning, quota allocation and capacity planning in partnership with the Global VP Commercial.
  • Establish and scale a repeatable direct enterprise sales motion that delivers reference customers, predictable execution and sustainable growth.
  • Work alongside the Partnerships team to develop and expand the North American MSSP/reseller/partner motion in line with our global partner-led model, as the direct business matures.
  • Provide regular market intelligence, competitive insights, pricing and customer feedback to Product and Marketing teams to help shape product strategy and positioning.

  • You have experience implementing structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and use data, CRM discipline and pipeline inspection to drive predictable execution.
  • You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are comfortable making decisions, driving accountability and improving execution without relying on heavy process.
  • You are an exceptional coach and communicator, capable of developing high-performing teams while building strong cross-functional relationships across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Product and Customer Success.
Bonus Experience
  • You have experience selling cybersecurity technologies such as Exposure Management, Attack Surface Management (ASM), CAASM, Threat Intelligence, Offensive Security or Vulnerability Management.
  • You have established relationships with enterprise CISOs and senior security leaders across North America.
  • You have experience building or scaling reseller, MSSP or partner-led sales motions alongside direct enterprise sales teams.
  • You have worked within a cybersecurity company during a period of rapid commercial growth and organizational scale.
  • You are familiar with modern sales tooling including HubSpot, Apollo, Nooks, Lusha and similar go-to-market platforms.
