Full Job Description
This role continues to evolve enablement at ActivTrak so it keeps pace with that change, bringing coaching, content, and messaging along with the business as it moves.
Responsibilities include:

Continue to evolve enablement as the business changes
  • Keep revenue enablement current with where ActivTrak is headed with new offerings, but also the broader shift in category and competitive landscape.
  • Lead the shift in how the team sells: from product- and feature-led pitches to a solutions- and outcomes-led enterprise motion including reframing content, training, and coaching around the problems we solve, not the features we ship.
  • Enable the Enterprise Revenue team to successfully position larger opportunities that require longer, more complex deal cycles, multi-stakeholder selling, business-case and ROI framing, and navigating procurement and security review
  • Manage and maintain enablement systems keeping them current and easy to navigate, but also think creatively about where AI can take on more of that upkeep itself, so content stays fresh without it all falling to manual maintenance.

Own onboarding, coaching, and ramp
  • Own sales and CS onboarding end to end; design the ramp program and track time-to-productivity.
  • Run ongoing coaching including 1:1s, group sessions, and increasingly AI-assisted call/deal review on messaging, sales process, and product knowledge.
  • Partner with Sales and CS leadership to diagnose skill gaps across the org and design targeted programs to close them.

Partner cross-functionally
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate positioning, launches, and product knowledge into enablement that's ready when the team needs it.
  • Represent enablement in GTM planning for major launches and category shifts.

Measure what matters
  • Track ramp time, content usage, and completion and connect enablement investment to revenue outcomes: win rate, sales cycle velocity, quota attainment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in revenue/sales enablement, sales training, or a hybrid enablement/product marketing role, with a track record of shaping enablement direction, not just executing a plan handed to you.
  • Direct experience using AI tools to build, personalize, or scale content and coaching. Tell us specifically what you've built or automated with AI, not just that you're "comfortable with AI tools."
  • Experience shifting enablement from static/scheduled (quarterly trainings, content libraries) to continuous and embedded-in-workflow.
  • Experience owning or heavily influencing an enablement tech stack decision (LMS, content management, conversation intelligence, AI coaching tools) and managing the vendor relationship.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving environment where the market category itself is shifting - ideally at a company navigating a move toward a more enterprise, solutions- and outcomes-led motion, where messaging and positioning can shift materially between quarters.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership and influence skills - this role depends on relationships and judgment as much as process.
  • Able to both think strategically about where enablement needs to go and execute hands-on - write the battlecard, run the coaching session, ship the content.

Benefits

Work environment
  • Competitive compensation and benefits
  • Position is remote within US
  • Minimal travel

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build the connective tissue between product and revenue: turning what Product Marketing knows about the market into what the revenue team needs in the field.
