About the Role

The Head of Product & Tech Operations is a high-impact leadership position designed to own and evolve the unified operating system of our Product and Technology organizations. Reporting directly to the Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO), you will be the primary architect of how we work, ensuring our teams are faster, clearer, and more effective at scale.

This role merges Product and Tech operations into a single, coherent organization. Your mission is to eliminate organizational noise and duplication, allowing our functional leaders to focus on long-term strategy and innovation while you ensure the engine of the company runs with world-class precision.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Product & Tech Operating System: Define, document, and continuously evolve the end-to-end Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) as a single, integrated system.
  • Drive Execution Rigor & Planning: Lead the annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, and Design. Force early visibility and resolution of misalignments between cross-functional teams before they impact delivery.
  • Lead Technical Program Management (TPM): Directly lead the TPM organization, overseeing the execution of complex, multi-team initiatives that are critical to the company's success.
  • Operationalize Innovation: Create the framework that allows high-risk, long-term bets to coexist with immediate delivery pressure without diluting either.
  • AI Tooling Enablement: Drive the strategy for AI workforce enablement to ensure our teams are leveraging the latest technology to improve productivity. Own vendor management and the selection, implementation, and governance of the tooling stack used across the Product-Tech organization.

  • What We're Looking For
  • Proven Leadership: Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in a senior leadership role within Product Operations, Engineering Operations, or Technical Program Management at a high-growth technology company.
  • Systems Thinking: A demonstrated ability to design complex organizational systems (PDLC/SDLC) that balance the need for discipline with the need for speed.
  • Strategic Execution: Experience leading large-scale annual and quarterly planning processes for organizations with hundreds of employees.
  • Change Management: Proven success in leading organizational transformations, merging teams, or redefining reporting structures and operating models.
  • Influence: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with C-suite executives and SVPs to drive alignment.
  • Forward-Thinking: Experience or a strong interest in AI workforce enablement and modernizing the developer/product manager experience through better tooling.

  • $ 270000- $330000 a year

Professional Growth: Get an annual Learning & Development stipend once you've been with us for three months. You also get free access to Udemy, an online learning and teaching marketplace with over 6000 courses, starting your first day.
