This role will be to lead a team of private client advisors to support high net worth clients on their personal journey within the world of wine and spirits, while driving the acquisition of new clients.

External Key AccountabilitiesAs a key leadership figure, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling our Private Client business. This is an opportunity to lead a team of ambitious Private Client Advisors, mentoring them to exceed targets, unlock their full potential, and deliver best-in-class client experiences.
You'll collaborate closely with colleagues to refine and execute our private client strategy - ensuring we grow with precision, consistency, and agility. Your leadership will fuel both customer satisfaction and commercial success.
