Full Job Description
About the team

Aspire's Partnerships team builds and manages the relationships that extend our reach to founders and businesses across our markets - corporate service and incorporation providers, legal and immigration firms, e-commerce enablement platforms, and accelerators, VCs, and start-up ecosystem players.

Partnerships spans all three Aspire business units - Aspire BA (SME), Aspire OS (Mid-Market), and AspireX (Enterprise) - each with its own segment, deal size, and sales motion.

You'll be the most senior partnerships voice on the ground in the US, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships and personally accountable for the US partner-sourced revenue number, while growing the team around you.

The motion here is GTM-focused - partner-sourced acquisition and revenue through referrals, co-sell, and embedded relationships with the firms and platforms that already serve our ICP (founders and finance leaders at global-facing businesses). This isn't a reseller or channel-fulfillment motion.

You'll build and run partner programs across four priority verticals: corporate services firms, incorporation platforms and accountants; legal and immigration providers; e-commerce enablers and marketplaces; and accelerators, VCs, and start-up ecosystem partners.

- This is hands-on leadership - you're both strategist and operator, personally running priority partner relationships while building the team and playbooks that scale the motion. It suits someone who wants to build a market from a blank page and is energized by full-cycle ownership.

What you'll own

Own the number

Carry direct accountability for the US partner-sourced revenue target from day one.

Build and manage a partner pipeline with the same rigor as a sales pipeline - forecasting, source-of-truth reporting, and revenue attribution back to individual partners.

Stay close to priority partners personally, running key relationships yourself rather than only reviewing performance from a dashboard.

Scale the team

Hire, onboard, and ramp a founding team of 1-3 partner managers covering priority verticals.

Set the talent bar for what a great Aspire partner manager looks like, and protect it as the team scales.

Coach the team on partner recruitment, activation, enablement, and joint go-to-market execution.

Build multi-segment partnership programs

Design and launch distinct partnership programs tailored to each vertical's referral motion and economics.

Define partner tiering, incentive structures, and enablement playbooks appropriate to each segment.

Build repeatable onboarding and activation playbooks so new partners ramp to productive referral volume quickly.

Drive partner-sourced pipeline and revenue

Identify and activate partner marketing and co-sell opportunities with each partner, in step with Field & Partner Marketing.

Track partner-sourced pipeline, revenue contribution, and new-logo acquisition, and reallocate effort toward what's working.

Own forecasting and reporting for the US partner-sourced number, in a format the Global Head of Partnerships and US commercial leadership can act on.

Shape the US partnerships GTM motion

Work closely with Sales, Field & Partner Marketing, and Product to align partner-sourced pipeline with the broader US commercial motion.

Define partner segmentation, prioritization, and coverage logic across the four verticals.

Represent the partner voice back into Product and Marketing to sharpen ICP targeting and joint value propositions.

What good looks like

US partner-sourced revenue targets consistently hit and exceeded, quarter over quarter.A founding team of partner managers hired, ramped, and performing across priority verticals.Live, repeatable partnership programs - tiering, incentives, enablement - running in each of the four key verticals.A high-quality, engaged partner base with growing referral volume and partner satisfaction.Sharp, actionable partner insights shared with Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Who you are

10+ years of experience across GTM and Partnerships roles at fintech, SaaS, or e-commerce companies.

Proven experience building and leading teams, with direct accountability for a partner or channel revenue target.

A track record of consistently delivering against quota or revenue targets.

Experience building multi-segment partnership programs - designing and scaling distinct partner motions across different partner types or verticals, not a single one-size-fits-all program.

Experience recruiting, activating, and managing partners across some combination of: corporate service providers/accountants, legal & immigration firms, e-commerce enablement platforms, and accelerators/VCs/start-up ecosystem players.

Existing relationships within one or more of Aspire's priority verticals in the US market, a plus.

Experience with partner/referral tooling (PRM platforms, attribution systems), a plus.

A background in fintech, spend management, or payments with a partner-led motion, a plus.

Experience partnering closely with a sales org selling to founders and finance leaders, a plus.

Has a strong grasp of artificial intelligence concepts and the ability to apply AI tools (e.g. Claude, n8n, etc.) and frameworks to solve real-world problems at Aspire.

For candidates based in the US, the base salary range for this role is $180,000-$250,000, plus bonus, and benefits. We believe in paying competitively for high-impact talent, especially people who thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. Final compensation will depend on experience, location, and the scope of the role, and we're happy to discuss details throughout the process.
