Compensation: $150K-$250K base + meaningful equity
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to define Virio's narrative, build demand systems, and turn attention into revenue.
What You'll Do- Own brand, positioning, and the category narrative.
- Write the messaging: who we are, who we serve, why we win.
- Build demand systems across content, paid, events, and partnerships.
- Ship content that converts: case studies, product narratives, thought leadership.
- Run launches, webinars, executive dinners, and industry partnerships.
- Turn one-off campaigns into systems that compound.
- Manage agencies, contractors, and your first marketing hires.
- Own LinkedIn distribution as a competitive moat.
- Tie marketing to pipeline with Sales, Product, and CS.
- Report on pipeline influence, not impressions.
- Use AI to out-execute teams five times your size.
- Set the strategy and ship the work yourself.
What Makes You a Great Fit- Early-stage growth. You have owned a number at an early-stage company.
- Funnel expertise. You know B2B SaaS funnels and founder-led GTM.
- Autonomous. You need a goal, not a manager.
- Strategy to execution. You write the plan and the copy.
- Distribution judgment. You know what to cut.
- Systems over campaigns. You build what compounds.
Traits That Thrive at Virio- High agency. You start before you are asked.
- Outcome orientation. You measure impact, not activity.
- Comfort with ambiguity. You build from scratch.
- Fast execution. You ship quickly without shipping sloppy.
- Direct communication. You are clear with founders and operators.
