The OpportunityPaces has a strong marketing foundation and is looking for a Head of Marketing to drive pipeline. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll optimize and scale established channels and drive the marketing function that takes us to the next stage of growth, including managing a current team of two.
What You'll Achieve- Own Paces pipeline number as we scale
- Own positioning and messaging as the market evolves (AI infrastructure, data centers, grid constraints) and drive consistency across all channels.
- Drive GTM strategy in close partnership with sales, customer success, and revops to ensure alignment and grow the net-new and expansion pipeline.
- Own and optimize Paces' core demand gen channels across events, outbound, paid ads, partnerships while improving pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and CAC across all channels
- Launch new channels and programs that meaningfully expand pipeline
- Own our marketing reporting cadence; connecting marketing activity to revenue across pipeline influence, channel performance, and ROI
- Partner with product to translate what we build into clear messaging, sales enablement, and go-to-market plans that resonate with developers and operators
- Manage and develop our team of two, building a high-output function that punches above its weight
- Leverage AI tools across content, research, and campaign execution to accelerate output and keep a lean team operating at full capacity
- Ensure Paces is seen as the defining voice in AI-powered power development through thought leadership, media, and presence at key industry moments
Requirements- 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience in a demand gen or growth-focused role at a high-growth SaaS or AI company
- AI obsessed; vibe coding must be part of your workflow
- Proven track record owning pipeline metrics and tying marketing activity to revenue outcomes
- Strong communicator with experience shaping brand voice and messaging across channels
- Moves fast and experiments; discards what does not work and doubles down on what does
- Skilled at balancing channel optimization with building for long-term scale
