• Manage a multi-million-dollar maintenance budget effectively.

• Direct technical decisions regarding specialized equipment in bromine production.
• Collaborate on capital spending for equipment upgrades and facility improvements.
• Enhance mechanical integrity processes to ensure compliance and safety.
• Drive a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to high work standards.
• Coach and mentor supervisors to foster a high-performing maintenance team.
• Provide technical guidance for major equipment repairs and cost-effective solutions.
