Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in infrastructure, platform, security, DevOps, or SRE
• Demonstrated ownership of production infrastructure in a fast-paced environment
• In-depth knowledge of cloud infrastructure
• Solid understanding of security, access controls, reliability, and compliance
• Proven experience in handling enterprise security reviews
• Ability to work independently as a hands-on leader prior to team development
• Excellent communication skills across engineering, GTM, and customer-facing teams
• Strong sense of ownership and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and management of Clark's infrastructure architecture and cloud environment
• Establish security, compliance, and infrastructure processes
• Manage the customer security-review process
• Enhance deployment, observability, monitoring, and incident response protocols
• Collaborate with engineering to ensure reliability and scalability
• Develop infrastructure standards, access controls, and operational best practices
• Prepare the company for upcoming compliance audits and frameworks
• Lay the groundwork for the future infrastructure/security team
• Work alongside Sales, CS, and Product to address customer security inquiries.
