We\'re hiring our first
GTM Enablement leader to build this function from scratch. You\'ll own how we onboard, ramp, and coach our GTM teams - and you\'ll use Siro\'s own product to do it. This role is the proof point that Siro runs on Siro. You\'ll act as a de facto manager for incoming AEs during their first 2-3 months, guiding them through ramp.
What You\'ll Do- Own AE onboarding end-to-end, including acting as the embedded manager for new reps during their first 2-3 month ramp
- Build and maintain the playbooks, talk tracks, battlecards, and coaching programs that set our AEs and SDRs up to win - and keep them sharp as the business evolves.
- Create and maintain sales training content: video overviews, written guides, practice modules and other outputs to help improve GTM team effectiveness.
- Use Siro\'s platform as your primary coaching tool - listen to recordings, spot patterns, and deliver targeted, data-driven feedback
- Provide codified feedback to our product team based on your ongoing use of Siro to enable continuous product improvement
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure reps are always well-equipped
- Track ramp time, win rates, and program effectiveness - and iterate relentlessly
- Establish Siro - and yourself - as a thought leader in sales excellence and enablement
What We\'re Looking For- 5+ years of sales enablement experience at a B2B SaaS company
- You\'ve been a first or early sales enablement hire before - you know how to build from nothing
- Magnetic presence: you can own a room full of AEs and SDRs and have them leaning in
- Real passion for coaching and developing people - not just building programs, but watching reps grow
- Startup mentality: scrappy, fast, and undeterred by ambiguity
- Prior selling experience (any capacity) is a huge plus
