The Challenge We are seeking an executive Head of Global Enablement to lead, scale, and elevate our global GTM enablement strategy and delivery. Reporting to the SVP of GTM Operations, you will lead the team responsible for onboarding, continuous upskilling, and performance optimization across our global GTM organization (AE, XDR, SE, etc)
You will act as a core strategic partner to GTM executive leadership, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Product Management to translate complex multi-product platform updates, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics into high-impact, measurable enablement programs that accelerate quota attainment, shorten deal cycles, and expand our ACV bookings.
Key Responsibilities - Global Strategy & Vision: Define and execute a multi-year global enablement roadmap that drives field productivity, rep ramp-time reduction, and consistent quota participation across all customer-facing roles.
- Methodology Rigor: Own the company-wide execution, coaching, and reinforcement of MEDDPICC and frameworks across the global enterprise sales and account management teams.
- Cross-Functional Architecture: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Management, Legal, and Revenue Operations to turn complex platform releases into actionable playbooks, buyer persona maps, and value selling tools.
- Management & Leadership Development: Build and deliver targeted coaching and leadership enablement programs for frontline sales managers and directors to drive operational rigor, forecast accuracy, and effective pipeline inspection.
- Onboarding & Talent Pathways: Scale global onboarding tracks and high-potential development initiatives to accelerate time-to-first-deal for AEs and turn XDRs into top-tier commercial sellers.
- Tech Stack Optimization: Leverage and optimize the revenue enablement tech stack
- Metrics & Analytics: Establish clear KPI frameworks connecting enablement programs directly to business metrics: rep ramp rates, win rates, average deal size (ACV), multi-product attachment, and length of sales cycles.
Qualifications & Leadership Profile - 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record leading global enablement, revenue operations, or enterprise sales leadership within a high-growth enterprise SaaS environment ($200M+ ARR scaling to $1B+).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of complex enterprise SaaS sales motions involving multi-stakeholder buyer committees (CISO, Chief Privacy Officer, CIO, General Counsel, Chief Data Officer).
- Methodology Mastery: Expert command of MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and consultative enterprise discovery frameworks.
- Instructional Design & Tech Savvy: Hands-on experience scaling modern, blended learning formats (live, async, certifications, role-playing, AI-assisted coaching) across distributed global teams.
- Executive Presence & EQ: Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence C-suite executives, product leaders, and frontline reps alike.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Relentless focus on proving ROI by attributing enablement initiatives to top-line ARR growth and productivity metrics
