About the Role

We are looking for a professional who combines technical expertise, a talent for building customer relationships in a dynamic role, and team leadership. This position uniquely combines engineering expertise with business acumen in the exciting field of AI for Engineering. In addition to our Account Managers and Partners, who are responsible for bringing in new customers, projects and leading the commercial relationships, it will be your responsibility to drive and ensure the successful implementation of Neural Concept platform throughout our US clients. Join us in making a profound impact by guiding customers toward transformative business success, working with leading engineering companies in the US.

What you will do
  • Client engagement and success: Lead the technical team from Neural Concept to ensure a successful implementation of the NC platform.
  • Structure the technical collaborations to ensure short- and long-term value, by engaging with the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and act as the point of contact and reference with their leadership for all delivery-related strategic discussions.
  • Engage with senior leadership within our clients to align delivery strategy and roadmap with their goals and needs.
  • Oversee the entire collaboration lifecycle, from initial deployment to large-scale enterprise adoption.
  • Ensure that the solutions delivered meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Work with the Account Manager and Application Engineering teams to structure technical and commercial engagements for key clients.
  • Lead the team of US Application Engineers for all external related projects and work.
  • Promote a collaborative, problem-solving culture within the team.


Who you are:
  • You have an Engineering degree and industry experience in a customer-facing facing role.
  • You are experienced in Project Management and have experience leading technical teams.
  • You bring at least 8-10 years of proven experience in a technology-driven environment, in customer-facing roles.
  • You have business confidence, entrepreneurial spirit, and high energy
  • You are familiar with CAD/CAE software and the overall Engineering design ecosystem.
  • You understand Machine Learning methods and are interested in AI's impact in Engineering.
  • You are committed to a high level of professionalism and ethics
  • Fluent in English
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Act as a trusted advisor who bridges Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Product, aligning internal roadmaps with customer objectives and priorities.
