You Are passionate about security, love what you do and have a genuine desire to outsmart the bad guys. You have the experience to analyze a clients' security posture, anticipate security requirements and help find right-sized solutions based on industry leading practices. You have a proven track record working successfully in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The ideal candidate has previously led one or more of the following:
  • Managing a large-scale threat intelligence or cyber consulting practice with sales and revenue accountability across multiple geographic regions
  • Building and scaling intelligence and/or other cyber resilience and defense delivery teams
  • Developing and taking to market intelligence consulting, products, and managed services
  • Executive-level client relationship management and complex deal origination
  • Integrating AI and automation into cyber intelligence, resilience, and defense operations


The Work

The Work is an exciting opportunity to lead and grow Accenture's Cyber Intelligence services and products business across the Americas. As Head of Cyber Intelligence, Americas, you will own the strategy, financial performance, and delivery of one of the fastest-evolving businesses within our Cyber Resilience and Defense practice. You will be accountable for expanding the business through new and existing clients, leading a high-performing team, ensuring every engagement delivers measurable value to our clients and profitability for Accenture. You will set the vision and execute the plan for how intelligence is delivered to the largest enterprises in the region. This includes how generative and agentic AI reshapes both our delivery and our clients' intelligence approach, integrated with other core cyber resilience and defense capabilities.

You will partner closely with our global Cyber Intelligence team and our other Cyber Resilience and Defense practices in the Americas to deliver differentiated end-to-end solutions that win in the Americas market. This is a role for a leader who is equally comfortable articulating cyber intelligence in business risk terms to a CISO or Board, directing a pursuit team to close a complex deal, and working side by side with analysts raising the quality and efficiency of intelligence production.

This role will report to the head of Cyber Resilience & Defense Americas with dotted line reporting to the global head of Cyber Intelligence.

Responsibilities include:
  • Own sales and revenue for the Americas Cyber Intelligence business, driving 25% year-over-year growth
  • Continually evolve and execute the go-to-market strategy for cyber intelligence services and products across the Americas market and within each geographic market unit
  • Lead business development end-to-end: pipeline generation, executive relationships, proposals, SOWs, pricing, and deal closure
  • Mentor, retain, and evolve a high-performing, diverse team of consultants, analysts, and engineers, and continually reshape the delivery model for a rapidly changing market
  • Embed generative and agentic AI across the delivery lifecycle to improve speed, quality, coverage, and unit economics - and to create differentiated, AI-enabled intelligence offerings clients cannot buy elsewhere
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and Board stakeholders, translating complex threat and geopolitical intelligence into business decisions
  • Partner with the global Cyber Intelligence team and adjacent Accenture practices (Cyber Resilience & Defense, Managed Security Services, Data & AI) to deliver integrated solutions
  • Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and repeatable, scalable outcomes.


Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Here's what you need
  • Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in cyber intelligence, cybersecurity operations, cyber incident response, threat hunting, or a closely related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience engaging and advising executive stakeholders on enterprise level cyber intelligence, resilience, and defense with market wide sales and revenue growth accountability
  • Minimum 8 years' experience leading teams and/or managing a practice, portfolio, or business unit at scale.
  • Minimum 8 years' experience developing new business within a professional services or consulting business, including GTM, executive account management, and deal closure
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience


Bonus points if you have
  • Extensive experience leading a professional services and products business for the world's most prominent organizations across industries
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a combined services and product business, including both consulting and managed services, at scale (double-digit year-over-year growth) while maintaining strong contract profitability
  • Demonstrated experience producing and presenting original thought leadership on cybersecurity, emerging technology, and enterprise risk topics
  • An individual brand and executive relationships as a recognized leader in the cybersecurity industry
  • Experience partnering with global teams in a distributed delivery model
  • Experience designing market-leading cyber resilience and defense offerings and winning market share in Canada, Mexico, and Brazil
