Full Job Description
The Head of Advisor Practice Management leads the design and evolution of practice management frameworks, offerings, and consultation models that help advisors grow and strengthen their businesses. This role partners across the field and home office to improve advisor effectiveness, business growth, and long-term enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

Model Practice Framework & Offerings
  • Set the strategic direction for the practice management framework and core offerings.
  • Ensure solutions align to advisor needs, business priorities, and long-term growth.
  • Define the capabilities and support model that enable advisors to build stronger, more scalable businesses.


Practice Consultation & Segmented Support
  • Lead a differentiated consultation strategy that reflects advisor opportunity, complexity, and business needs.
  • Build and develop a high-performing team of practice management leaders and consultants.
  • Establish clear engagement standards, success measures, and operating disciplines.
  • Partner across distribution and field leadership to drive execution and adoption.


Field Adoption
  • Champion field adoption of new capabilities, tools, and ways of working.
  • Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement that increases advisor effectiveness.


Adoption, Measurement & Impact
  • Define how success is measured across practice management offerings and initiatives.
  • Assess adoption, advisor outcomes, and business impact to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Translate insights into recommendations that strengthen effectiveness, relevance, and value.


Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in practice management, advisor enablement, sales effectiveness, consulting, or related roles
  • Deep understanding of financial advisor business models, client service structures, and growth strategies.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale advisor development or business consulting initiatives.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence advisors, firm leaders, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated track record of attracting, developing and leading high-performing practice management professionals, fostering a culture of coaching, accountability, and driving results
  • Experience using business analytics and advisor performance data to drive strategic decisions
  • Experience working in a matrixed, field-oriented organization preferred


Salary Range:

$155,370.00 - $255,255.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
