Join our Commercial Organization as Head of Account Management Americas and play a pivotal role in shaping long-term growth across one of our most strategic regions. In this leadership position, you will drive the execution of our global commercial strategy, strengthen relationships with key biopharma customers, and lead a high-performing sales organization through a dynamic market environment.

Grow With Us - Your Responsibilities
  • Implement the global commercial strategy within the region and ensure alignment with global sales priorities and Business Units' initiatives to achieve regional revenue targets and market share growth
  • Lead the regional sales organization through ongoing structural and process changes, ensuring clear communication, smooth transitions, and effective alignment with central SAM, Marketing and Business Units while maintaining focus on customer impact and performance
  • Lead complex high-value negotiations and strategic customer engagements across key biopharma accounts and partnerships to secure pipeline conversion and market positioning outcomes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partnering with Business Units Technical Sales to jointly drive account plans and long-term partnerships
  • Steer the regional sales pipeline, ensuring rigorous opportunity qualification, forecasting, and timely progression of commercial activities to secure forecast accuracy, opportunity conversion and accelerate deal velocity
  • Collaborate closely with Business Units for technical expertise and with Marketing, Service, and Operations to serve and anticipate customer needs effectively and deliver value to customers
  • Provide structured feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform global sales and Business Units' strategies
  • Integrate local legal entity governance, contract approval frameworks, and intercompany alignment mechanisms to ensure governance & risk integrity
  • Oversee regional risk management, regulatory compliance, and mitigation of legal and operational exposure across North America to protect governance & risk integrity


What Will Convince Us
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years in commercial leadership in Life Sciences, with deep knowledge of regional market dynamics in the industry
  • Proven hunter mindset with a track record of identifying, developing, and winning new business
  • Strong data-driven sales leadership based on CRM discipline, forecasting accuracy, pipeline analytics, and KPI sales steering
  • Proven success leading sales teams through organizational and process change

  • Effective communicator and negotiator at senior customer and internal levels
