Job Overview

We are seeking a self-driven, highly motivated HardwareSystems Engineer to perform in a fast paced, multifunctional and multilocational organization. The candidate must have experience and knowledge of overall computer architecture and server integration including CPU's, GPU's, Memory, Storage, IO and software defined storage solutions and suitable hardware. The engineer will perform testing, benchmarking, firmware validation, and work with our CTO, Manufacturing, and Product Management organizations providing technical guidance and support.

Projects will range across an extensive portfolio of technologies used in High-Performance and AI computing and associated storage and networking solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is enthusiastic about innovation and problem solving.

Responsibilities
  • Perform engineering analysis of identifying, analyzing, and resolving compute and server related issues.
  • Perform prototype and product reviews and validation to ensure product reliability and performance.
  • Test and debug applications within the engineering organization.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to resolve and implement required functions and features.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide guidance for new product release.
  • Tracking, testing and documentation firmware used in shipping products.
  • Provide support and technical consultation to customers and internal teams if requested.

  • Preferred experience in software defined storage.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other internal and external groups.

  • Familiarity with containerized and virtualized technologies like Kubernetes, VMware or Hyper-V.
  • Strong sense of initiative and ownership.

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in Maynard, MA is $92,000-112,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
