Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Services to define and scale our Services portfolio supporting our AI Factory Platform strategy.

This role will lead the strategy, design, and commercialization of services offerings across the AI lifecycle - from initial implementation and integration through ongoing operations and optimization. You will shape how customers successfully design, build, deploy, and manage AI factories, ensuring measurable outcomes and long-term value.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, sales, delivery, and partners to develop repeatable, high-impact service solutions that accelerate customer adoption and operational success at scale.

Responsibilities

    • Managed services (operations, monitoring, optimization)
    • Lifecycle services (support, upgrades, and performance tuning)

  • Partner with delivery teams to ensure services are operationally scalable and margin-conscious
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing on packaging, positioning, and pricing of services
  • Translate customer and market requirements into clear service definitions and SLAs

  • Engage directly with strategic customers and partners to refine offerings and accelerate growth

Compensation & Benefits

The base pay range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position in Maynard, MA is $150,000 - 170,000; the pay ultimately offered may vary based on business considerations, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education. The position is bonus-eligible, and there are medical, dental, and vision benefits available. There is a 401k saving plan and other benefits, such as Paid Time Off, Life Insurance, and an Employee Assistance Plan.
