Hardware/Software Development Resource The team is looking for a resource with a combination of software engineering expertise and hands-on experience interfacing with hardware systems. This person is required to be onsite in Sunnyvale, CA 4 days per week. Experience

  • Ability to leverage AI tools where applicable, but AI is not the primary requirement.
  • Proficiency in: o Python (required) o C# (required) o Work Environment Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Hardware Interface Development
  • Develop software interfaces that communicate directly with hardware devices.
  • Work with SDKs, APIs, and hardware communication protocols.
  • Support integration between software applications and hardware components. Example Use Cases Camera Integration
  • Develop software that communicates with camera hardware.
  • Utilize vendor SDK tools.
  • Manage image capture functionality.
  • Control exposure settings and device interfaces. Display/Driver Integration
  • Interface with display hardware and pattern generators (PGs).
  • Send images to display controllers.
  • Control color settings and current levels for individual pixels.
  • Support software-to-hardware communication for display panel operation.
  • Testing o Contribute to testing activities and integration validation. o Role is not expected to own all test code development.
  • Experience Requirements
  • Years of experience are flexible if the candidate has strong hands-on expertise.
  • Greater emphasis on specific project experience than overall tenure.
