Meet the team:The Dexcom R&D Electronics Team is a group of highly motivated and talented engineers with a wide range of experience and talents. This team designs high volume medical wearables, so our focuses are on high volume, low power, battery operated, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) communication, pico-Amp sensing technologies that meet the high bar of medical device standards. Our team supports existing commercial Dexcom products, iteratively develops improvements to currently available products, as well research and develop new technologies and sensors to broaden our reach within the Diabetes market space.
Where you come in: - You will need to demonstrate experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting and rework.
- You will need to demonstrate electronics rework skills with soldering iron.
- You will need to demonstrate experience with oscilloscopes, digital multimeters, spectrum analyzers and current analyzers.
- You are responsible for defining and reporting out on plans and analysis results to R&D electronics team members.
- You will work with the engineering team to troubleshoot, provide analysis and report findings.
- You will occasionally be required to update and/or generate documentation such as procedures and reports.
What makes you successful: - You will be required to work on-site.
- What makes you successful would be having prior experience with troubleshooting electronic devices.
- Ideally you have experience with current draw analysis, RF testing, temperature chamber and profile programming, electronics debug and electronics reworks.
- You must be an excellent communicator both verbally and in written form.
- Ideally you have medical device development experience.
- You must have a Bachelor of Science degree.

Travel Required: Experience and Education Requirements: - Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 0-2 years of related experience.

Salary:
$71,600.00 - $119,300.00
