We are seeking a highly experienced Guidewire Implementation Leader to drive large-scale Guidewire transformation programs for insurance clients. This role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end Guidewire implementations, managing executive stakeholder relationships, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate combines deep Guidewire expertise, strong insurance domain knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise programs.
Key Responsibilities::
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Guidewire solutions including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud.
- Manage program planning, delivery governance, risk management, budget oversight, and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, and executive stakeholders to define implementation strategies and roadmaps.
- Drive solution design, integration, data migration, testing, and production rollout activities.
- Establish program governance frameworks and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
- Identify and mitigate implementation risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead global delivery teams including architects, developers, business analysts, QA leads, and project managers.
- Ensure adherence to Guidewire best practices, quality standards, and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Support organizational change management, process transformation, and user adoption initiatives.
- Partner with clients to modernize core insurance platforms and improve business outcomes.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 180,000 - 249,409
