Qualifications

• ACE Certified in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration.
• 5+ years of experience in Guidewire development and implementation.
• Minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations in Personal Lines or Commercial Lines.
• Hands-on experience with PolicyCenter V10 in SaaS or migrating from on-prem to SaaS.
• Proficient in designing and developing PCFs, business rules, and data models.
• Familiarity with integrating Guidewire PolicyCenter with external custom portals.
• Strong knowledge of the P&C insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Oversee the design and development of integration with external systems and portals.
• Ensure the implementation adheres to best practices and industry standards.
• Utilize GOSU, REST services, and messaging queues in development tasks.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks during the implementation process.
