- Conduct workshops/interviews to identify workflows and improvement areas
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, and use cases
Solution Design- Map business processes to Guidewire capabilities
- Collaborate with architects/developers on solution design
- Define workflows, configurations, and business rules
Integration- Analyze and document integrations with third-party systems, data warehouses, and APIs
Testing & Validation- Support test planning, UAT, and defect resolution
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements
Stakeholder Management- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
- Provide updates and ensure alignment across stakeholders
Documentation & Training- Maintain documentation and deliver end-user training
Continuous Improvement- Identify enhancement opportunities and optimize Guidewire processes
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $105,000 - $125,000/Annum
