Architectural Design Strategy- Define the architectural vision, strategy, and standards for Guidewire implementations.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across Guidewire InsuranceSuite modules:
- PolicyCenter
- BillingCenter
- ClaimCenter
- Develop integration strategies with external systems, APIs, and data platforms.
Technical Leadership- Provide technical oversight and guidance to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and maintain solution quality.
Integration & Customization- Lead the design of integrations between Guidewire and third-party applications.
- Oversee Guidewire configuration, workflows, and business rules.
- Ensure seamless data flow across systems.
Stakeholder Management- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams to ensure reliable deployments.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing and mentoring sessions.
Expected Skills- Strong experience in Guidewire InsuranceSuite:
- PolicyCenter
- BillingCenter
- ClaimCenter
- Solution architecture and integration design expertise.
- Insurance domain knowledge (PC preferred).
- Knowledge of APIs, cloud platforms, data models, and enterprise architecture practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:
$150000 to $180000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
