Full Job Description
What you'll do
  • Drive productivity across Agent Development: Identify what's slowing the team down, build metrics to measure it, and ship changes that increase productivity. Drive adoption through pilots and usage tracking, and program-manage cross-functional initiatives with Agent Dev contributors.
  • Standardize how Agent Development operates: Define, document, and maintain the playbooks and SOPs the team uses day to day, for both internal and external processes.
  • Leverage AI to scale Agent Dev: Identify manual, repeatable work across the team and build AI-native tools and workflows to create operating leverage.
  • Build feedback loops from the field: Capture what's working (and what isn't)across Agent Dev and feed that signal back into onboarding, SOPs, playbooks, and tooling.
  • Own onboarding, ramp, and continuous enablement: Build and improve the onboarding curriculum, ramp plan, and ongoing enablement engine.
What you'll bring
  • 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, strategy and operations, or a similar role at a top-tier or high-growth technology company.
  • Experience designing onboarding, training, or ramp programs and a track record of turning ad hoc practice into a documented, repeatable process.
  • Strong analytical rigor, with the ability to build metrics and frameworks that make team productivity and ramp progress measurable.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-changing environment, with the ability to independently structure open-ended problems and drive them to resolution.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and act as a trusted partner to Agent Dev leadership.
  • Ability to run projects end-to-end with cross-functional stakeholders who don't report to you.
  • A growth mindset, coachability, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves. No task is too small if it helps the team win.
Even better...
  • Technical fluency and coding comfort: you've built apps or internal tools before and can confidently use AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex to create production-ready internal solutions.
  • Previous experience in a forward-deployed or customer-facing role.
Our values
  • Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work.
  • Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers' business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it.
  • Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn't right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve.
  • Intensity: We know we don't have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn't, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time.
  • Family: We know that balance and intensity are compatible, and we model it in our actions and processes. We are the best technology company for parents. We support and respect each other and celebrate each other's personal and professional achievements.
