About The Role

Join With Coverage as a GTM Lead - Data Centers on the Growth team - you'll own and build one of our newest verticals from the ground up. This is a sales-driven leadership role. You'll generate pipeline from scratch by testing channels, messaging, and outreach approaches to find what actually works. You'll own the full conversion cycle, build deep industry relationships, and lead all aspects of deal execution as the vertical matures.

We're looking for someone who wants ownership, thrives in ambiguous, high-performance environments, and is eager to accelerate their career by building something from scratch. You're motivated by results, comfortable operating with autonomy, and willing to put in the work required to stand up a new business line as you directly shape whether and how this vertical becomes one of our key growth drivers.

What You'll Do
  • Own the vertical end-to-end. As Vertical Lead, take full responsibility for the vertical's success, from pipeline generation through relationship development to deal execution, as it grows.
  • Drive lead generation. Test outreach channels, messaging, and prospecting approaches to figure out what actually works for Data Centers.
  • Develop industry relationships. Develop a deep understanding of your vertical and build relationships with industry C-suite leaders, associations, and connectors.
  • Shape the GTM playbook. Codify what's working into a repeatable GTM playbook in partnership with an Insurance Lead and feed product/customer insights back to the team.
  • Guide deals to close. Move qualified opportunities through the full conversion cycle with clear communication and follow-through.

Who You Are
  • 4+ years in relevant fields (high-growth startups, management consulting, or investment banking/PE/VC)
  • Expert relationship manager and networker, with capacity to excel in B2B sales closing 6-7 figure deals
  • Excellent communication and executive presence - you will represent the brand
  • Resourceful and scrappy. You test, iterate, and figure out what works rather than waiting for direction

For candidates based in the United States, the expected OTE pay range for this position at the start of employment is $200,000 - $250,000/year. Actual compensation will vary based on individual factors, including market location, relevant experience, and role scope. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for variable compensation tied to performance or quota attainment, where applicable.
