What you'll doAs Manager of GTM Employee Communications, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing the internal communications strategy for Docusign's Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations). You'll serve as a trusted communications advisor to GTM senior leaders, helping them communicate vision, strategy, and change effectively. This means partnering with executives to define communications goals, managing day-to-day execution of ongoing communications priorities, and crafting narratives that drive alignment as Docusign grows as the Intelligent Agreement Management company.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Employee & Executive Communications Director.
Responsibility- Support and execute internal communications strategies supporting the Docusign GTM organization, aligned with business milestones, product launches, and organizational priorities
- Manage regular internal communications channels and events for the global GTM organization, including org-level Town Halls and Slack channels, to improve alignment across globally distributed teams. Translate complex GTM strategies, org changes, wins and business priorities into clear, compelling messaging for diverse internal audiences
- Develop communications narratives, campaigns, and supporting materials
- Draft and manage executive-level internal communications as needed on behalf of GTM senior leaders (e.g., CRO, GVP Customer Success, GVP Strategy & Operations etc) including for internal forums, Town Halls and more
- Provide strategic counsel for Docusign cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our employees have the information they need to execute on our business goals
- Leverage AI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency; champion AI adoption within the team and broader GTM organization
- Define and track KPIs (engagement, readership, sentiment, feedback) and use data to continuously improve communications strategies
Job DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bringBasic- 5+ years of communications experience at major corporations or agencies
- BS/BA degree or equivalent
- Experience supporting Go-To-Market, Sales, Customer Success or Revenue organizations with internal communications
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and stakeholders with competing priorities
- Proven experience using AI tools (generative AI, AI writing assistants, automation platforms, analytics) to enhance communications workflows and content development
Preferred- Experience at public companies and with global teams in technology/enterprise settings
- Strong ability to advocate and influence at all levels in a matrixed environment
- Experience developing executive communications and leadership positioning
- Understanding of SaaS/technology GTM motions, sales cycles, customer success and revenue org structures
- Familiarity with internal platforms (Slack, Confluence, email, G-suite)
- Experience measuring communications effectiveness using analytics tools
- Proven ability to distill complex, detailed information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives that give teams a big-picture understanding of key priorities and initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven narrative development ability
- Flexibility and a bias to action-this is a lean and nimble team
Wage TransparencyPay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
California: $105,800.00 - $163,450.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following:
- Bonus: Sales personnel are eligible for variable incentive pay dependent on their achievement of pre-established sales goals. Non-Sales roles are eligible for a company bonus plan, which is calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
