Full Job Description
GT Azure Support Developer, Archer Daniels Midland Company, Erlanger, KY. Maintain and provide daily
production support for interfaces within the Azure integration ecosystem, including troubleshooting, root
cause analysis, and ticket resolution. Work on integration development activities in support of various
enterprise initiatives to enhance existing interfaces, and to support new functionality needed by the
business. Fulfill bi-annual Risk and Control requirements including SOX compliance tasks. Responsible for
the Lifecycle management of the Azure integration components. Leverage and promote application
integration strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions set forth by Architecture. Work
on monitoring and logging frameworks for Azure resources, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, .NET
technologies, and security standards such as SSL, AML, and OAuth. Collaborate with technical and
functional teams to troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and design solutions aligned
with Azure best practices. Follow Azure best practices and COE guidelines through collaboration with the
Architecture and project teams.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering (any), Business, Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience.
Must have four (4) years of experience with/in:
Analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting applications following ITIL best practices;
Application integration approaches and practices;
Integration development activities in support of various enterprise initiatives to enhance
existing interfaces and integrations, and to support new functionality needed by the business;
Industry-standard integration technologies and best practices;
Monitoring, Logging, and debugging applications;
CI/CD pipelines and DevOps principles;
Programming languages such as C and .NET;
Security standards and protocols, including SSL, AML, and OAuth; and
Software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum and Waterfall.
Telecommuting permitted on a hybrid schedule as determined by the employer.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
