About the Role We're seeking a GSA Schedule Administrator to oversee all aspects of GSA Schedule management and full life cycle contract and subcontract administration. This role is ideal for a self-driven professional with experience administering and managing GSA MAS Schedules and willingness to learn full life cycle contracts/subcontracts administration.
What You'll Do GSA Schedule Management - Manage and administer all aspects of GSA MAS Schedules, including sales and compliance reporting.
- Lead proposal development, submission, and negotiation for new Schedule offers and modifications.
- Support clients in GSA Annual Contractor Assessments and related audits.
- Provide strategic guidance on pricing, SIN management, and market alignment.
- Conduct market research to identify contract growth opportunities and competitive pricing strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with GSA contracting officers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Stay current with federal acquisition policies, proactively advising clients on compliance and competitiveness.
- Collaborate internally to align contract strategy with overall business goals.
What You'll Learn Contract Administration - Draft contract briefs and FAR/DFARS compliance matrices.
- Maintain and update entity registrations (SAM.gov, NAICS codes, certifications).
- Oversee implementation and administration of prime and subcontract awards, both competitive and sole source.
- Review solicitations and contract modifications.
- Redline NDAs, TAs, and subcontracts within delegated authority limits.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance or performance risks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment between contracts, accounting, legal, and program management.
- Manage and track contractual documentation, deliverables, and critical milestones.
What We're Looking For Required Qualifications - Must have 4+ years of hands-on experience administering GSA MAS Schedule including sales and compliance reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field.
- Expert-level knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and federal acquisition policies.
- Proficiency in GSA systems (e.g., eMod, GSA Advantage, FAS, FCP, IFF) and government reporting processes.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and ERP/CLM platforms.
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward process improvement and client service excellence.
Preferred Experience - Experience with full life cycle contract or subcontract management.

Compensation & Benefits - Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience).
