Full Job Description
Salary Range:
$104,400.00 - $174,000.00

This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and execute both territory and account plans, incorporating fundamental enterprise software sales strategies and prospecting to deliver accurate sales forecasts.
  • Help your clients identify and quantify the business needs of their company. Lead the development, proposal, and presentation of value-based solutions from AVEVA.
  • Develop and maintain a sufficient knowledge of the industries, trends, and issues to effectively leverage our domain experts and sales representatives to be able to apply AVEVA's technology solutions to meet customers' business goals.
  • Adhere to all AVEVA sales processes, utilization of tools and internal systems as defined in The AVEVA Way of Selling.
  • Expedite resolution of key customer issues.
  • Leverage AVEVA global and local partner relationships that can positively influence the purchase of AVEVA products and services.
  • Use internal resources available in marketing, technical support, sales support, and customer success effectively to meet individual sales goals.
  • Maintain personal knowledge and skill levels with the AVEVA portfolio of products and sales support applications according to guidelines established by AVEVA through recurrent annual training within the Company or designated external resources.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Proven direct sales experience, including building relationships with and selling to the executive level (calling on the C-Suite
  • Industrial oftware and automation background preferred
  • Successful track record of selling complex, high value software and product agreements
  • Excellent communicator, capable of maintaining internal and external relationships
  • Must be customer-focused, willing to learn
  • Motivated by results and ultimately long-term customer satisfaction
  • Ability to travel to customer sites is required
  • Good communication skills [written, verbal, and listening], personal tact and diplomacy, and excellent problem-solving skills are mandatory
  • Experience with CRM applications like SalesForce is a plus

Hybrid working
