Growth Product Manager
About This Role

We're hiring a Growth Product Manager to build a product-led growth motion for YipitAgent, our company's latest flagship product.

You'll own the customer journey from first impression through paid conversion: how prospects discover YipitAgent, understand its value, start a trial, become deeply engaged, and convert into paying customers. Your work may span our SEO/AEO strategy, trial UX, in-product engagement, lifecycle communications, and pricing/packaging. You'll collaborate closely with core product, design, engineering, data, marketing, and customer-facing teams.

What Success Looks Like
  • Organic inbounds become our primary channel for new customer acquisition.
  • More visitors start trials and reach meaningful value quickly.
  • Trialists engage deeply and consistently throughout their trials.
  • More trialists convert into paying customers.
  • Measurable increases in active users per account
Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize our SEO/AEO by leveraging our proprietary data and the latest technologies & tactics
  • Own and improve the growth funnel from acquisition through trial activation, engagement, conversion, and re-engagement.
  • Define and measure clear goals and success metrics for each stage of the customer journey.
  • Discover 'aha' moments through interviews, behavioral data, funnel analysis, and experimentation and incorporate those moments into the UX appropriately.
  • Design and optimize trial onboarding, in-product education, activation moments, and upgrade experiences.
  • Develop engagement and re-engagement tactics, including proactive and personalized lifecycle touchpoints.
  • Incorporate growth tactics into the core product experience so engagement reinforces itself and spreads to other users
  • Explore and test pricing, packaging, and trial structures that improve conversion while preserving customer trust.
  • Partner with designers and engineers to prototype, launch, measure, and iterate on new experiences.
  • Build a disciplined experimentation practice that balances rapid learning with a coherent customer experience.
  • Communicate insights, priorities, results, and tradeoffs clearly across the company.
Qualifications & Skills
  • 5+ years of growth product management, product marketing, or similarly relevant experience.
  • A track record of improving acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, or conversion.
  • Strong product and UX judgment, with the ability to turn ambiguous problems into intuitive experiences.
  • Highly analytical and comfortable working with funnel metrics, cohorts, experiments, and behavioral data.
  • Strong customer discovery skills and the ability to combine qualitative insight with quantitative evidence.
  • Experience with product-led growth, self-serve trials, or B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO, lifecycle communications, and pricing or packaging experimentation.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy and execution-from defining the growth model to reviewing a trial screen or drafting an email.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator across design, engineering, data, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarters is located), one of our office hubs, or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.

Our compensation package includes comprehensive benefits, perks, and a competitive salary:
  • We care about your personal life, and we mean it. We offer flexible work hours, flexible vacation, a generous 401K match, parental leave, team events, wellness budget, learning reimbursement, and more!
