Growth Marketing Manager

Autodesk is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join its Marketing team. In this role, you will own and execute demand generation strategy to drive pipeline and revenue growth across the Autodesk Operations Portfolio. You will lead campaign development while also being hands-on in execution, working closely with product marketing, content, and sales to create and scale high-impact programs. This role reports into the Head of Marketing and will play a key role in driving demand across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute end-to-end demand generation strategies to drive pipeline, help support revenue, and customer acquisition across Autodesk Tandem, Fusion Ops, and FlexSim.
  • Define audience segments, messaging, and creative direction for campaigns in close partnership with Product Marketing and Content across the portfolio.
  • Build and scale content-driven funnels that drive engagement and conversion across the buyer journey.
  • Establish and standardize global KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to track performance, compare insights, analyze campaign and pipeline performance across all products and channels to identify growth drivers, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall funnel efficiency.
  • Develop and run integrated demand generation campaigns that combine content, paid, email, and organic (SEO) initiatives to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Oversee a unified global webinar and industry event strategy, including promotion, attendance growth, and post-event conversion workflows across all regions.
  • Partner closely with sales team to align on pipeline goals, lead quality, and campaign priorities across multiple product lines, ensuring strong follow-up and conversion.
  • Actively contribute to campaign execution, while guiding and supporting a small team.
  • Continuously test and experiment with new channels, creative concepts, and conversion paths to improve performance and scale demand.


Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 8-10+ years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or digital marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue through multi-channel demand generation programs.
  • Experience managing and optimizing campaigns across digital channels (paid media, email, webinars, events, ABM).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in AECO, manufacturing, or industrial software is a plus.
