Job Summary:
The Manager, Growth Marketing is responsible for owning the activation layer of the modern Marketing and Communications ecosystem. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role helps turn strategy, messaging, content, and campaigns into measurable audience engagement and action across Shine Early Learning and Acelero Learning. This individual leads the execution, activation, optimization, and performance tracking of integrated marketing campaigns across a connected digital ecosystem. The role sits at the center of campaign activation, lead generation, conversion optimization, HubSpot-enabled growth systems, audience segmentation, analytics, and future paid media readiness.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Activates integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, audiences, and funnel stages

  • Operationalizes collaborative campaign strategies developed across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Sales-aligned stakeholders to support lead generation, nurture, conversion, performance tracking, and revenue growth.

  • Builds scalable growth systems that support audience acquisition, lead generation, engagement, and conversion

  • Ensures campaigns are connected across email, landing pages, CRM workflows, digital channels, organic content, and future paid media initiatives

  • Helps evolve the organization from disconnected marketing tactics toward a more connected, measurable, modern marketing ecosystem

  • Monitors and optimizes campaign performance across growth marketing initiatives

  • Build dashboards and reporting frameworks tied to lead generation, conversion, funnel progression, engagement, audience growth, campaign performance, and pipeline influence

  • Conducts A/B testing and iterative optimization across messaging, calls to action, landing pages, forms, audience targeting, and conversion flows

  • Translates campaign data into actionable recommendations and growth insights

  • Helps prepare the organization for more advanced paid media and performance marketing maturity over time

  • Supports foundational infrastructure needed for scalable growth campaigns including tracking architecture, audience readiness, attribution systems, conversion tracking, campaign organization, and reporting visibility

  • Partners with leadership on future growth marketing scalability and channel expansion opportunities

  • Serves as a key operational lead for growth-focused marketing execution inside HubSpot

  • Builds and manages campaign workflows, audience segmentation, smart lists, forms, landing pages, lead routing, campaign attribution structures, conversion pathways, and reporting systems

  • Helps operationalize scalable campaign infrastructure and audience management systems

  • Partners with VP of Marketing, RevOps, and Lifecycle Marketing to improve CRM alignment, data quality, tracking consistency, and workflow scalability

  • Builds and optimizes pathways that move audiences from interest to action

  • Supports lead capture strategy across campaigns, forms, landing pages, CTAs, and digital experiences Identifies opportunities to reduce friction and improve conversion performance across the customer journey

  • Partners closely with UX, Product Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and Content teams to improve engagement and conversion outcomes

  • Helps establish more connected digital experiences across websites, campaigns, and customer journeys

  • Builds audience segmentation strategies aligned to campaign goals, customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and audience types

  • Develops audience strategies that connect with the full range of stakeholders we serve, including government/public systems, Head Start and early childhood providers, community partners, decision-makers, and families across B2G, B2B, B2B2C, and B2C audiences

  • Supports personalized marketing experiences across campaigns and digital touchpoints

  • Ensures the right audiences receive the right message at the right stage of the journey

  • Refines segmentation approaches based on campaign performance and audience insight

  • Collaborate with VP of Marketing, Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Content, Creative, Social Media, Web/UX, Sales, IT/Product, and other teams across both brands

  • Supports integrated campaigns and organizational priorities across both brands

  • Ensures campaigns remain strategically connected across channels rather than operating independently

  • Helps connect campaigns, nurture journeys, audience engagement, and business goals together into a unified ecosystem

  • Participates in assigned meetings, events and training as required

Non-Essential Duties:

  • Performs any and all other duties (or functions) as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing, demand generation, campaign activation, digital marketing, or performance marketing

  • HubSpot certification is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated experience building and operating scalable marketing systems within HubSpot

  • Experience within education, early childhood, edtech, nonprofit, mission-driven organizations, or multi-brand ecosystems preferred

  • Physical exam and background checks are required for this position

  • Travel required locally or long-distance up to 10% of the time for work-related meetings and functions

  • Must have a valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot.

  • Experience supporting integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of funnel strategy, lead generation, customer journeys, audience segmentation, conversion optimization, campaign analytics, marketing automation, and performance tracking

  • Experience working cross-functionally across marketing, UX, content, analytics, operations, and leadership teams

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate campaign data into actionable recommendations

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills

  • Comfortable operating in evolving, collaborative, and fast-moving environments

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Miro, Monday.com or similar project management tools, SMS and marketing automation platforms, and CRM integrations and customer communication systems

  • Experience supporting B2B and B2C audiences

  • Understanding of modern SEO, AEO, and digital growth methodologies
