Growth Marketer (AI-Native) What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a
Growth Marketer (AI-Native) to join our
Marketing team. Reporting to the
Performance Marketing Manager, you'll help us
build the demand gen engine that turns AI leverage into pipeline.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on
experimentation, self-direction, and AI-powered automation, who wants to take a hands-on role in
strategizing and executing with the team across paid, SEO, and lifecycle motions end to end.
This role is available to candidates who are eligible to work in Canada.
You must be Toronto-based and able to work our hybrid schedule (in office Mon-Wed).What You'll Do- Set up and run paid acquisition across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and Google - build campaigns, write and test creative, manage budgets, and optimize on pipeline (not vanity metrics).
- Own technical SEO and organic growth - keyword strategy, on-page, content briefs, and the technical health of our landing pages.
- Build and scale demand gen programs - landing pages, lead capture, and the experiments that feed the funnel.
- Support lifecycle & ABM motions - email programs and account-based plays that turn interest into pipeline. Measure everything: instrument campaigns, read the data honestly, identify and share what is not working, and double down on what is.
- Leverage AI end to end - use Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and ChatGPT Workspace Agents to research, produce, analyze, and automate, building tooling that makes the whole team faster.
What You'll Bring- Minimum of 3-5+ years of demand gen experience, specifically in B2B SaaS
- Relentless curiosity and self-direction - you dig into problems unprompted and teach yourself what you need.
- Hands-on, technical command of paid advertising across LinkedIn, X, Meta, and Google, plus working knowledge of SEO (technical + content).
- Fluency with AI agents as a daily driver - a proactive, experienced user of Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and ChatGPT Workspace Agents, or other AI Native programs/tools.
- Demonstrated ability and AI leverage. Show us what you have built and shipped.
Nice to Haves- Technical background - you can read code, wire up tools, and think in systems.
- Email marketing and/or ABM experience - especially email woven into multi-channel programs.
- Track record of mentoring, leading projects, or driving organizational improvements.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic, and high-impact environments.
What We Offer- Competitive salary tailored to your experience, skills, and expertise.
- The total compensation range for this role is $100,000 CAD to $120,000 CAD, plus equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the approximate total target compensation for the position. Individual pay is determined by factors including relevant skills, experience, education/training.
