As a Growth Analyst at Simplii, you'll play a key role in advancing portfolio growth across borrowing products, including credit cards and personal lines of credit. You'll leverage data to support lifecycle analysis, experimentation, and funnel optimization, surfacing insights that drive measurable improvements in customer engagement, conversion, and retention. You'll be an integral member of the Growth team, working closely with your squad to deliver outcomes and supported in your professional development by the Director, Growth. Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on using data to inform decisions and contribute to the ongoing evolution of Simplii's growth strategy.

How you'll succeed- Portfolio and Performance Analysis - Contribute to the analysis of portfolio growth performance, including acquisition, balances, inflows and outflows, and retention. Produce clear, well-structured analysis that helps the team and Finance partners understand drivers and identify opportunities.
- Lifecycle and Funnel Analysis - Identify friction points across acquisition, usage, engagement, and retention funnels. Develop recommendations to improve conversion and customer value, connecting behavior patterns to actionable growth opportunities.
- Experimentation and Insight - Support the development and execution of A/B and multivariate tests, cohort analysis, and performance dashboards. Maintain an experimentation backlog prioritized by impact, confidence, and effort, and translate test learnings into clear summaries for product, marketing, and lifecycle decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work effectively across Analytics, Risk, Product, Marketing, CX, Legal, and Compliance to contribute to responsible, customer-first growth initiatives. Present findings clearly and support alignment across teams.
- Stakeholder Communication - Translate data and analysis into accessible narratives for partners across the organization, communicating complex insights to stakeholders at different levels without losing important nuance.

- You put the customer first. You understand that sustainable growth comes from genuinely improving the customer experience-not just optimizing metrics. You keep the customer's perspective visible in your analysis and advocate for their interests.
- You're curious and evidence-driven. You let data shape your thinking, asking questions and turning insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- You're rigorous by instinct. You care about experiment design, cohort relevance, and drawing accurate conclusions from data, building analytical habits that make you a trusted voice in growth conversations.
- You take ownership. You proactively manage your scope, follow through on commitments, and seek support when needed to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- You bring people with you. You communicate findings clearly, listen to others, and foster a team culture where good ideas are valued regardless of their origin.
- Values matter to you. You bring your real self to work, and you live our values - trust, teamwork, and accountability.
