Full Job Description
The Role

We're looking for a Growth Lead, Partnerships to grow Mednet through the institutions and people that shape how physicians practice: medical societies, conferences, residency and fellowship programs, hospital systems, academic centers, and respected leaders in each specialty.

You'll bring a real understanding of that landscape, spot where Mednet and a partner genuinely serve each other, and build the programs that turn those relationships into community growth. Doctors join what comes recommended by people and places they respect, and this role owns making that happen.

This is a senior, high-ownership role reporting to the Head of Marketing. You'll own the partnership strategy, the relationships, and the budget, with the autonomy and the accountability that come with it.

What you'll do
  • Map the full landscape of potential partners, decide where Mednet should invest, and build the relationships and programs that follow
  • Design programs that serve both sides, finding what a partner actually wants and shaping something that delivers it while introducing their members to Mednet
  • Run our conference strategy end to end: where we show up, what we do there, and how the conversations continue afterward
  • Build our presence in medical training, working with residency and fellowship programs, program directors, and the physicians who shape how the next generation practices
  • Recruit and support physician advocates, including the expert contributors, fellows, and KOLs whose participation signals to other physicians that Mednet is worth their time
  • Set expectations for each program, track what it actually produces, and shift investment toward what's working
  • Own the partnerships budget and make the case for where the next dollar goes
  • Partner with the lifecycle team so physicians who join through your programs land in an experience that keeps them
  • Represent Mednet in the field. This role travels: conferences, society meetings, campus visits

What you bring
  • 5+ years in partnership marketing, field marketing, medical affairs, HCP engagement, or program marketing, ideally somewhere early-stage where you built programs from scratch
  • Real knowledge of the medical landscape: how societies operate, how training programs are structured, what motivates academic physicians, and where commercial partners are welcome versus tolerated
  • A track record of building institutional relationships that turned into real programs with real results
  • The judgment to design around what a partner actually wants, and the candor to report plainly on what your programs are producing
  • Strong communication instincts with a sophisticated, skeptical audience, in writing and in the room
  • The ability to operate with real autonomy on a small, fast-moving team, setting your own priorities and owning the outcome

Bonus points
  • A clinical background, or experience working shoulder to shoulder with physicians in a clinical or academic setting
  • Existing relationships with medical societies, academic institutions, or physician opinion leaders
  • Experience with community, marketplace, or UGC products, where growth depends on more than a one-time signup
