Prime Video is seeking a Marketplace Growth Engagement and Monetization Manager to help drive our mission of becoming the premier destination for entertainment. In this role, you will support Free Ad Supported Television (FAST), a rapidly growing content segment within the streaming landscape. As a member of the team, you will develop and scale go to market (GTM) strategies that drive feature awareness, adoption, and retention. Additionally, you will support the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns that shape how customers discover and engage with FAST on Prime Video.
A successful candidate is an entertainment enthusiast with a strong record of collaborating across internal and external teams to deliver compelling strategies and feature roadmaps. The candidate is also an effective written and verbal communicator and analytical thinker who can combine their entertainment subject matter expertise with data to drive campaign improvements. An ideal candidate has experience managing complex, time-sensitive projects, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to balance multiple and competing priorities.
Key job responsibilities
As a Marketplace Growth Engagement and Monetization Manager, you will be responsible for developing and delivering end-to-end GTM strategies and frameworks, which are scalable and repeatable across various FAST feature launches. You will oversee the implementation of high visibility marketing campaigns for FAST on Prime Video. This includes defining target campaign audiences, identifying effective marketing placements, analyzing success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), inspecting campaigns to ensure they meet a high performance bar, and creating scalable mechanisms to gather stakeholder feedback and alignment. You will work closely with Marketers, Creative Producers, Product Managers, Program Managers, Finance, and Business Leaders to improve the reach and resonance of FAST, as well as advocate for the partner and customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
* Develop and deliver end-to-end GTM strategies and frameworks, which are scalable and repeatable
* Oversee strategy, execution, and performance of cross channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement
* Partner with product teams to develop roadmaps for experimentation and feature development
* Utilize customer research to develop insights and brand positioning
* Advocate for the optimal customer experience
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience equally comfortable building strategic marketing plans and executing at a tactical level
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience automating a complex process
- Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
