Role RoadmapWe're looking for a Growth Designer to help scale how Kalshi reaches and acquires users. You'll create and execute high-performing creative across paid marketing, lifecycle, social, partnerships, and growth initiatives -- focused on execution, iteration, and performance. The job is turning ideas into hundreds of assets that drive measurable results, fast.
You'll work closely with marketing, growth, brand, and product teams to develop creative that is both effective and on-brand.
What You'll Do- Design and produce creative assets across paid social, display, video, email, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing
- Adapt campaign concepts into scalable systems across formats, channels, and audiences
- Develop, test, and iterate on performance creative based on data and insights
- Support major launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments with rapid creative execution
- Maintain and expand asset libraries, templates, and production workflows
- Explore new tools, AI workflows, and emerging technologies that accelerate production
What You Bring- 3-6 years of experience in graphic design, growth design, production design, or a related field
- Portfolio demonstrating strong execution, craft, and attention to detail across performance and digital channels
- Strong typography, layout, and visual communication skills
- Experience designing for performance marketing and digital acquisition channels
- Comfortable working across static, motion, and light video -- proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and comfortable owning work from brief to delivery
- After Effects and AI creative tool experience a plus
- Interest in finance, markets, or technology a plus
NYC Pay Transparency DisclosureSalary Range: $100,000 to $130,000 annually plus equity and benefits. This salary range is based on the current available market data, and represents the expected salary range for this role. Kalshi has minimal hierarchy and few titles, but has broad ranges of experience represented within roles.
