Full Job Description
What you'll do

As the Growth Business Operations & Process Excellence Lead, you will architect and scale the operating systems, programs, and automation that enable the Growth organization to execute faster, operate more efficiently, and deliver measurable impact. This role focuses on designing scalable infrastructure and operating models - not channel execution - acting as a force multiplier across teams. You will build shared execution frameworks, standardize core processes, and lead cross-functional initiatives that span planning, automation, tooling, and partner teams. You will also own key elements of the Growth operating rhythm and help design an AI-first GTM stack that teams across Growth can adopt and reuse.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Strategy & Operations.

Responsibility
  • Design, stand up, and continually refine shared execution models that align multiple teams to common Growth outcomes and clear SLAs
  • Build standardized, repeatable processes that reduce friction and cycle time as the organization scales (e.g., campaign intake and launch frameworks that materially reduce time to launch)
  • Lead high-impact, cross-functional programs that span planning, automation, tooling, and partner teams (e.g., DTS, Marketing, Analytics, Finance)
  • Map and continuously improve end-to-end workflows for core Growth motions (planning build launch measure iterate), eliminating handoff gaps and unnecessary steps
  • Define clear success metrics, guardrails, and playbooks for shared processes so teams can self-serve and operate consistently across regions and segments
  • Identify structural bottlenecks, debt, and failure points in how work gets done proactively and implement systemic solutions that unlock speed and capacity
  • Partner with DTS, Analytics, and Growth leaders to help design and deploy an AI-first Growth GTM stack that increases efficiency, personalization, and experimentation velocity
  • Identify and prioritize automation opportunities across Growth (e.g., workflow orchestration, routing, approvals, QA, reporting) to remove manual, repetitive work
  • Translate business needs into requirements for data, tools, and integrations, ensuring systems, pipelines, and workflows support Growth's operating model
  • Stand up and maintain centralized documentation, templates, and best practices (e.g., playbooks, process maps, operating guides) that enable reuse across teams
  • Drive enablement so Growth teams can independently use AI, analytics, and workflow tools (e.g., training, office hours, how-to guides, reference architectures)
  • Own key elements of the Growth operating rhythm (e.g., OKR management and cascades, annual & quarterly planning, execution reviews, MBR/QBR inputs) in partnership with Analytics and Growth leaders
  • Facilitate intake and coordination point for cross-functional requests into Growth (e.g., DTS, Analytics, Product, Sales, Finance), ensuring clear prioritization and resourcing
  • Build scalable collaboration and prioritization frameworks that align Growth roadmaps with cross-functional capacity, dependencies, and timelines
  • Establish and maintain transparent views of priorities, progress, and outcomes (e.g., dashboards, scorecards, operating reviews, "plan on a page" artifacts)
  • Model and reinforce ways of working that promote focus, clarity, and accountability across the Growth organization
