Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
- Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.
Preferred qualifications:- Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience leading complex technical partnerships across Tier-1 OEMs, silicon vendors, and third-party developers (e.g., Strava).
- Experience in low-power HW/SW co-design (MCU offloading, BLE GATT ingestion) and cross-device experience definition (watches, phones, AR/XR).
- Knowledge in PPG algorithms, GNSS, HR, SpO2, HRV, and vitals monitoring.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, and Privacy along with excellent storytelling skills.

Responsibilities- Own the multi-year Android Health Services & Wear Health Services (AHS/WHS) direction across first-party (Pixel Watch, Fitbit) and third-party (3P) Android ecosystems.
- Lead end-to-end definition for health data types, granular permissions (e.g., Raw Health Sensors), and low-power exercise session tracking.
- Partner on Hardware/Software (HW/SW) offloading-including continuous sensing, Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE GATT) ingestion (power, HR, cadence), and Microcontroller Unit (MCU) display offload-to optimize battery life.
- Collaborate with Gemini and XR teams on Universal Fitness Objects (UFO), AI coaching, and streaming to Augmented Reality (AR) glasses.
- Direct strategic OEM partnerships, Early Access Programs, and developer outreach. Oversee accuracy benchmarking (Sense8) and privacy/security reviews with PCounsel and PWG.
