Position Summary...

What you'll do...
In this role, you will partner closely with senior executive leaders across Global Tech, AI, Product and Design to develop talent acquisition strategies that meet evolving business needs and strategic staffing priorities. You will lead a large, high-performing talent acquisition organization responsible for hiring Home Office positions, ensuring we deliver exceptional results at scale.

This role requires a disciplined leader who holds themselves and their teams to a high standard of accountability, drives performance through clear metrics, and partners deeply with the business to solve problems at the root cause.

What You'll Do
  • Lead transformation of talent acquisition ways of working, evolving operating models, processes, and team capabilities to deliver faster, more agile, and insight-driven hiring outcomes aligned with Walmart's enterprise transformation.
  • Lead the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for Walmart's Global Tech, AI, Product and Design business, supporting hiring for home office roles.
  • Partner with senior executive leaders to align recruiting strategies with business priorities and long-term workforce planning.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team responsible for delivering hiring outcomes at scale.
  • Drive performance through clear metrics, operational discipline, and accountability, ensuring the organization consistently meets or exceeds hiring goals.
  • Identify and address root causes impacting hiring outcomes, continuously improving processes and operating models.
  • Transform the hiring manager and candidate experience, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and engaging process from application to onboarding.
  • Strengthen strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline strategies that enable the business to grow and operate effectively.
  • Collaborate across HR, operations, and business leadership to ensure recruiting efforts support enterprise priorities.


What You'll Bring
  • Extensive leadership experience in talent acquisition at scale, ideally supporting large Tech, AI, Product and Design organizations.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior executives and business leaders to shape talent acquisition strategy and workforce planning.
  • Strong understanding and experience leading and developing large, high-performing tech recruiting organizations.
  • Strong operational mindset with a focus on metrics, accountability, and disciplined execution.
  • Ability to identify root causes and drive systemic solutions that improve hiring outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success improving hiring manager and candidate experiences through process transformation and innovation.
  • Ability to balance strategy and execution in a fast-paced, complex environment.
  • Exceptional executive presence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
