The Group Director, Events leads the strategic planning and execution of large-scale enterprise events.
What you'll do...- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive event strategies aligned with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and management of large-scale events, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial performance
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams and external partners to deliver seamless event experiences that enhance brand presence.
- Utilize data analytics and predictive insights to evaluate event effectiveness and inform continuous improvement initiatives.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth within the events function.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor's degree in communications, Event Management, Hospitality, Theatre Production or related field and 6 years' experience in communications, project management, event management, or related field OR 8 years' experience in communications, project management, event management, or relevant area.
5 years' supervisory experience.
