About the Job
As an SVP Director of Engagement Strategy, you will be a visionary leader who drives business growth through innovative engagement strategies, delivering successful projects and acquiring new accounts. You'll leverage your expertise in collaboration and cross-functional leadership to foster departmental excellence, mentor talent, and advocate for engagement strategy across the agency. By developing revenue-generating approaches and directing engagement deliverables, you will ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives. As a respected agency leader, you'll inspire teams, influence strategic decisions, and drive business outcomes.

A Day in the Life
Define innovative engagement strategies, creating best practices, case studies, and department deliverables.
Provide expertise and thought leadership, representing the agency at events, conferences, and panels, and publishing thought leadership pieces (POVs) in internal and external publications.
Manage, develop, and grow junior and mid-level staff, setting goals and identifying growth opportunities through mentorship, feedback, and coaching.
Create new engagement deliverables and processes to address emerging needs and oversee account engagement, ensuring accuracy and impact of all deliverables.
Interface independently with senior clients and agency senior leadership, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Drive significant organic growth through incremental engagement work and lead new business pitches, presenting innovative engagement strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
Develop and implement revenue-generating approaches, directing engagement deliverables to achieve business objectives.
Inspire teams and influence strategic decisions to drive business outcomes and agency growth.

What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
13+ years of healthcare marketing experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with ability to create complex presentations.
Experience with brainstorming software (Stormz, Miro, Mural) and online collaboration platforms (Zoom).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present in high-pressure situations.
Strong active listening skills, with a collaborative and constructive working style, and proven ability to lead teams.
Unwavering personal integrity, conflict resolution skills, and ability to prioritize tasks and manage shifting responsibilities.

Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
