  • Create repeatable playbooks for recurring opportunity types across WPP Creative, WPP Media, WPP Open and agencies.
  • Work with the Network Growth Operations role to ensure briefs, actions and routes are tracked.
  • Raise gaps in ES proposition, proof points or activation support that slow opportunity conversion.

  • Exceptional synthesis and writing skills; able to produce executive-ready briefs quickly.
  • Comfortable across creative, media, data, CRM, AI, martech, content and platform themes.

  • Highly organized, fast-moving and AI-enabled.
  • Able to support senior stakeholders without requiring extensive handholding.

KEY RELATIONSHIPS

  • WPP Creative, WPP Media, WPP Open and agency client teams.
  • GCLs and priority account teams where ES opportunities are present.
  • Growth Architecture & Enterprise Sales for complex or ambiguous opportunities.
  • ES Pillar Leads, Consulting / Advisory, Alliances, Pursuit Excellence and Growth Operations.

SUCCESS MEASURES
  • Quality and speed of opportunity briefs and client POVs.
  • Number of opportunities shaped and advanced to clear next action.
  • Reduction in vague or stalled signals within the Network Growth pipeline.
  • Reuse of playbooks and briefing templates across the team.
  • Positive feedback from MDs, GCLs, agencies and ES stakeholders on clarity of output.

FIRST 90-DAY FOCUS
  • Create the standard Network Growth opportunity brief template.
  • Support shaping of the first wave of priority WPP-sourced opportunities.
  • Build initial reusable plays around the most common opportunity types.
  • Establish a weekly review of stuck or ambiguous opportunities that need sharper framing.
