ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Group Strategy Director helps usher in D&G's next generation planning function. In equal measures a business strategist and a creative planner, this individual's portfolio includes successful product-market analyses, go-to-market strategies, and business transformation thought leadership articles alongside serious creative accolades. In addition to being the senior-most strategist- deeply engaged with the multidisciplinary team on that account, they will help our CSO elevate, direct and grow our strategy practice, ensuring we have the best-in-class tools, techniques and talent. They are responsible for identifying opportunities for the agency to grow client relationships through proactive thinking and recommendations. They are a vital ally to the Executive Creative Director in ideating and creating brave, beautiful campaigns, and to the Group Account Director in upleveling the account service department to a consultative business practice. Requirements:- 12 - 15 years of advertising agency, research, client-side and/or consulting experience working on a challenger brand (s)
- Demonstrated successes in identifying market-, brand-, media-, and customer-driven data and insights to produce groundbreaking work, effecting work for national brand(s)
- Fully integrated chops (traditional, digital, media, CRM, social, mobile)
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research

The role is based in Los Angeles, CA.
The base salary range is $200k - $250k plus benefits.
Please note: This role requires someone to be onsite in the D&G office 3 days per week - Tuesdays , Wednesdays and Thursdays. Some on-set production and occasional travel may also be required.
