o Senior Consultant have the opportunity to deliver immediate value to clients by working with a project-based team of consultants. As a Senior Consultant, you will analyze our insurance clients' business and technology challenges and create innovative solutions to drive transformation.
o Resource will be responsible for participating in the requirements analysis process, developing strong working relationships with clients and team members and building industry and domain expertise. Specifically, as a Senior Consultant,
o Draw conclusions from the market / industry trends, client issues and support go to market initiatives for the client
o Utilize company methodologies to present and implement strategic and technology solutions.
o Provide your subject matter expertise to impact large transformation opportunities in the insurance space for multi-tower deals working across other horizontals and verticals within Mphasis
o Communicate with business partners, delivering weekly project status reporting, and strategizing priorities for timely resolution
o Must have consulting experience
Skills
o Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or similar field. Masters degree preferred
o Minimum five years of business experience in Group Benefits and/or Group Insurance. Consulting industry experience preferred
o Experience with Agile Scrum software development framework preferred.
