Full Job Description

As a Product Transformation Lead in the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) at JPMorgan Chase, you will promote end-to-end transformation of product platforms, processes, and operating models. You will partner with Product Owners, Technology, Operations, and Business stakeholders to design, prioritize, and execute multi-year transformation roadmaps that deliver measurable client and operational outcomes. You will be in a high-visibility role requiring sound judgment, strong stakeholder engagement, and disciplined execution to support GRE product delivery and expectations across GRE operational processes.

Job responsibilities

  • Strategically lead the design and execution of product transformation roadmaps spanning process re-engineering, platform modernization, automation, and operating model redesign.
  • Effectively translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans with clear milestones, KPIs, dependencies, and benefit cases.
  • Collaboratively partner with Product, Technology, Design, and Operations to define target-state journeys and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and controls standards.
  • Methodically run discovery, hypothesis-testing, and prototyping cycles to validate solutions before scaled rollout.
  • Consistently establish governance forums, executive scorecards, and OKRs to monitor delivery health and benefit realization.
  • Meticulously ensure the highest standards of accuracy and transparency in documentation and reporting of product lifecycle outcomes, MVP evaluations, and implementation roadmaps.
  • Authentically inspire and mentor the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • 7+ years of experience in product management, transformation, strategy consulting, or program delivery in financial services or comparable regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation programs from strategy through execution.
  • Strong analytical and structured-problem-solving skills; fluency in business case development and benefits tracking.
  • Experience with Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery frameworks; comfortable operating in matrixed environments.
  • Excellent executive communication skills — written, verbal, and visual storytelling.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in Corporate Real Estate, Workplace, or enterprise functions.
  • Familiarity with data platforms, AI/ML enablement, and modern product tooling (Jira, Figma, Tableau).
  • PMP, SAFe, or equivalent certification
  • Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, RPA, UiPath, Python, or MSSQL Server
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
